Yes. When medically appropriate, medications can be prescribed during your virtual visit, including treatments for many common urgent care and primary care conditions. We do not prescribe Controlled substances and certain high-risk medications through telehealth.

Yes. Patient privacy and confidentiality are a top priority. All telehealth visits are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms designed to protect your personal health information.
We provide virtual care for adults and children located in Maryland, Virginia, and Texas. Patients must be physically located in one of these states at the time of the visit. Redefined Health & Wellness Telemedicine does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal thoughts, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Good Faith Estimate Available Upon Request: Patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs before services are provided, in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Please contact us for additional information.
